APPOINTMENTS PREFERRED
Walk-ins are welcome at The Rustic, but to guarantee immediate accommodation, we recommend scheduling an appointment in advance.
CANCELLATION
Life can get busy, we understand that. If you need to cancel an appointment please notify us in advance. Please give us the courtesy of at least 24 hours notice. The time you schedule is reserved for your exclusive use. When appointments are missed or cancelled without sufficient notice, we are unable to fill the appointment time. If you are calling after business hours, please leave us a message with your name, date and time of appointment, the service being canceled, and a phone number so that we may call and confirm with you. To ensure your appointment is secured we will request a card to put on file to hold your appointment. If we do not receive a card within the same day of making the appointment you appointment will be canceled! If you do not call to cancel 24 hours in advance please know that we keep a card on file and will charge 50% of the total amount of services to compensate our technicians for their time.
PARTIES
We love being the place you want to celebrate life's awesome events... whether it's a birthday, bridal shower, ladies' day out, man-party, or whatever, we hope you have a blast with us. For parties over 5 people or for multiple services we ask for a deposit of 30% of the total services. We hope that you understand, once your party has been confirmed, we are unable to change your services. We are happy to switch people within confirmed appointments, however, we cannot change what is scheduled. We hope you understand that changing appointments affects all of our patrons throughout the day, not only your party.
CHILDREN
We are proud to be a family friendly establishment. However, please understand that our technicians are not child-care attendants. We ask that you do not bring your children with you to the spa unless they are also receiving a service. Children that are 15 years old and younger are not to be left alone during their service as well. We want to provide you with the best possible service, and we want all of our patrons to have a wonderful and relaxing time at The Rustic. We also care about the safety of our guests, especially our little guests. Our technicians use hot tools, chemicals, and sharp instruments in their services, all of which present significant risk. Additionally, our techs are busy and cannot be distracted by unsupervised children. You will be asked to reschedule your appointments if you bring a child that will not be receiving services. If you have any questions, please feel free to call us before your appointment. We will try to accommodate you as much as possible.
WE WANT YOU TO BE HAPPY
If you are not satisfied with a service or a product, please let us know! We want to make it right! If you are not happy, we are not happy. We will schedule a corrective service, if needed. For Nail Fixes, we allow 48 hours for us to fix any issues you may be having. After time allotted, prices will be determined upon the spa's discretion.
SPA ETIQUETTE
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. For certain services we do have intake forms for you to fill out. In order to accommodate every client, arriving late will shorten your session time.
Please advise the staff of any medical conditions or allergies you may have prior to your service. This includes allergies to oils, such as coconut, almond, grapeseed, avocado, etc, or any fragrances or essential oils, i.e. peppermint, lavender, etc. Your health and well-being are of utmost importance to us, and we will accommodate you in any way we can.
We reserve the right to reschedule waxing or pedicure appointments if the service may pose a threat due to existing skin or nail conditions.
You are welcome to wear undergarments during your spa treatments, however, our technicians are trained is excellent draping methods, and it is not necessary to wear undergarments if you prefer not to.
If you are having a Body Wrap, we recommend NOT shaving 24 hours prior to the service, as the exfoliation may irritate your skin.
We ask that you do not use your cell phone during spa treatments.
SCOPE OF PRACTICE NOTICE
State law prohibits salon and spa professionals from diagnosing or treating clients with hair, skin, or nail abnormalities of any kind. If your technician determines that you are ineligible for a service, we will refer you to see a physician. When your condition has been resolved, you are more than welcome to return.
RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE
For your safety, comfort, and satisfaction, The Rustic reserves the right to refuse service at our discretion. Our priority is ensuring all of our clients a great experience at our salon and spa. Please trust our trained and licensed professionals judgement.
